PROF. LUIS DIAZ-SERRANO
I am Full Professor at the Department of Economics of Universitat Rovira i Virgili since July-2010. I joined the department in September-2005. I obtained my two BAs in Statistics and in Market Research, and my MSc in Quantitative and Regional Economics at the Universitat de Barcelona. I completed my PhD in Economics in 2001 at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili.

I am a member of the Quantitative, Urban and Regional Econonomics (QURE) research group. I am also research fellow at the Research Centre on Industrial and Public Economics (CREIP) and the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA).

My current interest focus on applied research in labor and education economics, economics of discrimination, political institutions, subjective well-being and urban economics.
